Description: Hydraulic Pump is used as power source in fixed wing, rotary wing and space launch vehicle platforms. The Hydraulic Pump is a pressure compensated variable delivery axial piston swash plate type hydrostatic pump. The pump has single or dual stroking piston to achieve single or two stage flow vs pressure characteristic as per the platform requirements. In case of unpressurized reservoir, a mixed flow impeller to increase the pressure at inlet can be incorporated. The pumps are pressure compensated i.e. a mechanical servo system consisting of spool sleeve, springs, stroking & spring-loaded rate piston and cradle senses the line pressure and adjusts the pump outlet flow from full to zero flow as per flow vs pressure characteristic. These pumps are self-lubricated. Advanced aerospace grade material with suitable heat treatment & surface protection are selected so that the pump can operate in extreme conditions from -54 deg C to 135 deg C. Salient Features:
