Vigilance Study Circle, Bengaluru (VSC-B), is a not-for-profit society, whose member organisations are CPSEs having corporate office in Karnataka (BEL, HAL,BEML, Canara Bank, ITI, KIOCL, BRBNMPL, HMT) it’s members being the Chief Vigilance Officers and Vigilance functionaries of these organisations.
